Ginger Halibut with Shredded Daikon Radish

 

Prep and cook time:  45 minutes      Serves 4

2    halibut fillets, 8 ounces each
1    tablespoon tamari soy sauce
1    tablespoon sesame oil
1    teaspoon fresh ginger juice (purchased in the Asian section)
½   cup water
1    tablespoon grapeseed oil
1    cup daikon radish, shredded
 
Wash fish and place in a shallow baking dish. Mix tamari soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger juice, and water in a small bowl. Cover fish with marinade and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.

Heat grapeseed oil in a pan. Add fish and cook for about 7 minutes until fish is almost done. Add remaining marinade and cook until fish is completely cooked and marinade is heated. Serve with shredded daikon radish.

Picture is not consistent with recipe. Picture shows zucchini with other things on top of fish and no daikon radish. Where's the recipe for what is pictured? It looks yummy...
