It’s the first time I have seen your quick video’s and I love them! I have got a question on the salt however; what about Iodine? I also use Himalayan salt but I have been told this way I get short on Iodine and should also use salt fortified with Iodine. What’s your opinion about this?
Hi Monique, Great question. Sea vegetables, eggs, bananas, and prunes are all great source of iodine, which is important to make sure you are creating active thyroid hormone. We typically recommend these sources of the iodized salt.
