1 cup frozen organic berries
1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
1 scoop protein powder*
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1 teaspoon hemp seeds
1 teaspoon raw organic coconut oil
Blend and enjoy!

If you don't mind the flavor, you can add 1 teaspoon of powdered greens, such asVitamineral Green, to enhance the nutritional value of your smoothie.

How do you use the Coconut Oil? Melted or not melted? If it is melted I guess you wait til it is room temperature to use it? Otherwise it makes your smoothie warm. Am I right? If it is not melted then I would think it would be clumpy. Please advise. Thanks

I really love this idea. I always have a hard time with breakfast because I can’t tolerate eggs (digestively), and with smoothies, whey gives me acne. Can I use pea protein? If so, do you have a brand you recommend? THANKS! 🙂

that’s the one I use too – makes good smoothies – and with candida, you can’t do dairy and whey is dairy… so veggie protein is it!
