3 apples, cored and roughly chopped (leave skins on)
2/3 cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
5 dates, pitted
1 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
1 ripe banana
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until combined but still chunky.

Is this supposed to be a side dish or the main breakfast food? Seems like a lot of sugar and virtually no protein or fat to slow it down
