4 ears organic corn
½ small red onion, finely diced
½ green bell pepper, finely diced
½ red bell pepper, finely diced
½ bunch cilantro, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
sea salt and pepper to taste
In a large pot, heat water to boiling. Place corn in pot and boil for 10 minutes; cool for a few minutes. Cut kernels from cobs and place in mixing bowl. Toss all ingredients in mixing bowl and enjoy.
Would you please write books, they are much easier than video coaching. I never have the time or money for these online courses, but I do very well with books. I would like to read your candida program in a book and also the recipies.
