Heavy metal toxicity can be cause by vaccines, metal amalgam fillings in the mouth, metal in the body after surgery, cosmetics, and even toys coming from China. Having metals in your system can lead to serious health problems like chronic fatigue syndrome, immune dysfunction, and neurological disorders. The body wants to mobilize them out so take a few minutes to watch as we show you how to do that naturally.

Hi christa, I need to get the 2 amalgam fillings removed from my mouth do to growing decay. I am having it safely removed according to IAOMT practices. I am wondering however if there is a certain period of wait/detox time that you would suggest before trying to conceive or if the safety procedures put in place are enough to prevent heavy metals? Thanks!
Important caveat needs to be added to the kelp flake advice- after being in remission from serious health issues relating to heavy metal toxicity, I took your advice about kelp flakes and had a serious relapse. After researching discovered Kelp flakes are often contaminated with heavy metals! Don’t take anyone’s advice about anything unless you research fully!
Thank you for your comment Patty! I am glad that you already have so many healthy things incorporated into your life, it does make a huge difference!
I loooooved this segment! Thank goodness for people like you in the world. I have seven pins and six metal fillings in my body for over thirty years. I have neurological and immune dysfunction. Amazingly I have many of these foods incorporated into my diet. I have always enjoyed eating healthy. I definitely see a huge difference when I do as opposed to when I do not. You are so informative and a lifesaver!! Thank you!!
Hi Sanjula – I recommend 1-2 Tbsp. daily, or more depending on your needs. 20 minutes is also alright to soak the chia, just make sure that it is equally suspended throughout the liquid.
Christa,
how many tablespoons of soaked Chia seeds do you recommend as fibre supplement daily?
Is it important to soak them overnight or is 20 min enough?
Thank You
Debra – At this time, we arenβt able to provide transcripts but will consider this in the future as our team expands. If you sign up for our e-newsletter, I send out more details in written copy in there.
Stacyann- Yes wheat grass is also helpful to remove metals. The chlorophyll in wheat grass is a great detoxifier.
Britt – Without knowing which state of metal toxicity a person is in, a general recommendation is about 1000-1200mg of chlorella per day.
There are lots of great foods with fiber. Try this fiber rich meal with legumes. Other good sources of fiber can be found in The Importance of Dietary Fiber and How it Lowers Cholesterol article such as gluten-free grains: quinoa, millet, amaranth, brown rice, buckwheat, flax seeds and oatmeal. Thanks for following. π
Ariana – Cilantro is the herb but it might be called coriander as well in Europe. π
Glad to have you here Buddy!
Can you please expand on how much Chlorella to take daily to eliminate metal toxicity? Also, it seems like you didn’t get to share all of the “fiber” suggestions plate. What do you recommend besides chia? Thanks for all you do! So helpful for our health! π
Hi Christa,
I would be grateful for spelling the name of the herb that you mentioned at the beginning of your video for detoxification – you mentioned chlorella and …? I live in UK and am not familiar with the name. Best wishes
Please include transcripts!
Great information! What about wheat grass? Does wheat grass help to remove metals from the body as well?
Congrats to you! Excellent piece! I just did a urine heavy metal test and am taking DMSA to pull out the heavy metal so they can be tested through the urine. Heavy metals really do wreak havoc on our system. To list them all would take much longer than you had. You need at least a 60 minute spot to review all of the symptoms and food remedies. You did a great job sharing what you could in such a short time.
Great info, thanks for sharing!
I’ll stay in Tyler Texas and I just got some new dentures ..from affordable dentures… My question is can arsenic or heavy metal be and dentures because my health have got bad every since I have gotten these dentures
Marshall Texas.. has a boiling ban on there water here but have not sent out any papers to let people know to boil their water I found out by looking on a government website… Isn’t it dangerous and have lots of health issues for the entire city… Also like arsenic… lead poisoning… Large amounts of chlorine… I don’t think the government is doing enough to keep these small cities safe in the whole entire city ends up getting sick having all kinds of health problems….. What can we do to keep ourselves safe specially with drinking water
I have permanent metal retainers that were put in my mouth when I was a teenager (now 32). Should I have them removed?
