Salad ingredients:
1-2     bunches hearty lettuce such as romaine or kale
¼       head red cabbage, shredded
1        fennel, sliced
1        carrot, chopped
1        celery, chopped

Dressing:
6     cloves garlic, mashed to a pulp with salt
½    cup olive oil
¼    cup flax oil
¼    cup red wine vinegar
sea salt and pepper

Add-ins: tuna, leftover chicken, quinoa, beans
