Prep time: 10 minutes Makes about 1 cup
½ cup water
2-3 tablespoons tahini (sesame paste)
1 tablespoon umeboshi paste
1 tablespoon dulse flakes
3 scallions, finely chopped (optional)
Warm the water, add tahini, and stir until creamy. Stir or blend in umeboshi paste. Mix thoroughly. Stir in dulse and/or scallions.

I did not see another place where I could ask customer service about the 3 month e-course. Unfortunately I was too late at listening to the webinar through the Real Food Con and missed the launching.
