Kale/Collard Greens/Leafy Greens

These foods are OK to buy conventionally because there are little to no traces of pesticides when grown non-organically

IF you cannot afford to buy organic or cannot find organic, try a fruit and veggie spray to remove pescticide residue as best as possible.

Fruit and Veggie Spray

1 cup water

āˆ’ 1 cup white distilled vinegar

āˆ’ 1 T baking soda (added slowly)

āˆ’ 20 drops grapefruit seed extract

Mix ingredients together in a big pot- and put into a spray bottle. Spray on Fruits and veggies that are not organic and leave for 5-10 minutes. Rinse off with water and enjoy.
