Have a Health Question?
Due to time constraints and professional liability issues, The Whole Journey cannot answer personal medical questions unless you are an established customer working within one of our online programs.

If you have a general question, please post it in the comments section of an appropriate blog post and Christa or her staff will do their best to respond.

Have a General Question?
Most general questions can be found on our Start Here Page including where to start your health journey, how to access free resources, product recommendations we trust, and referral-practitioners since Christa is not currently accepting new clients.

Already enrolled and need support?
If you are already enrolled in one of our programs and need support, please submit a ticket from inside your program portal and our team will respond within 48 hours.
