Prep time: 10 minutes Makes approximately 1½ cups
½ cup flax oil
½ cup organic extra virgin olive oil
½ cup lemon juice
1 garlic clove, crushed
4 drops of dark-liquid stevia
1 pinch of sea salt
½ teaspoon sea veggie flakes (dulse, kelp, or nori)
1 pinch each of basil and oregano
Shake all ingredients in a salad dressing container. Keep refrigerated due to flax oil.
Is this supposed to be friendly to Candida (eg it feeds the Candida) or to my body (suffering from Candida out of whack)? Im confused.
Hi Cubo! This dressing does not feed candida. It’s good to use anytime but especially if you are trying to follow a candida diet.
