Prep time:  15 minutes     Serves 2

1    cup cooked quinoa
½   cup chickpeas
½   cup cucumber, chopped and seeded
1    tablespoon diced red onion

Combine all ingredients and set aside.

Tandoori Mix:
1    teaspoon chopped cilantro
½   cup plain Greek yogurt
½   teaspoon sea salt
½   teaspoon pepper
½   teaspoon organic turmeric
½   teaspoon organic paprika
½   teaspoon organic ginger
½   teaspoon garlic powder
1    teaspoon organic coriander
1    teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
1    teaspoon organic cumin

Combine tandoori mix with quinoa and enjoy.
