Just have a question: Where you use hemp or grass-fed whey protein powder, I’m sensitive to dairy so I typically use a plant protein powder. Can I use pea protein powder or brown rice protein powder (or a combo plant-based protein powder) instead of the hemp? Thanks!
Hi Whole Journey Team! have been on my health journey for 5 years, after being diagnosed with Hashimotos. I did this juice cleanse recently and am now doing the healthy lifestyle handbook! I loved the green juices, but should I be doing them with my thyroid condition, since I watched your video about thyroid health & it said to only eat Kale and many of the things I would want to juice cooked!
I am considering getting a nice juicer, but I don’t need a juicer for fruits as I try not to overdo fruit.

Hi, itsrichard in Trinidad and Tobago. I started this journey on 27th March 2017 mainly to get rid of a candida problem that I did not know about had me sick for many years. I live a busy life but I promised ,myself for 7 days to cut: dairy, sugar and flour. Its been 3 days and I already feel much better and lighter and freer thanks so much. Will continue.

Christa, these recipes are amazing! I’m making the beet soup now and it smells delicious. I’m only struggling with cravings but I knew that would happen.
What about the beet tops on the juice? I baas to throw it away.
Also, are golden beets going to be just add good for the liver.

this year juicing is out and soup is in because juicing does not have enough fiber.
