1- DRINK WARM LEMON WATER UPON WAKING

2- DRINK A GREEN JUICE (light or no apple)/POWDER WITH SEA VEGGIES DAILY (Especially chlorella, spirulina and blue green algae).

3- REDUCE  OR ELIMINATE CAFFEINE AND ALCOHOL

4- REDUCE OR ELIMINATE REFINED SUGARS/CARBOHYDRATES (cookies, cakes, candies, bagels, pasta and rice. Replace with natural sweetners like stevia, brown rice syrup and honey. Use whole grains like brown rice, quinoa and millet in place of processed refined grains)

5- LESS MEAT AND LESS DAIRY PRODUCTS to create less congestion and promote more elimination

6- INCREASE ORGANIC FRUITS/VEGGIES

7- EAT ONLY HORMONE/ANTIBIOTIC FREE/FREE-RANGE MEATS

8- BREAK A SWEAT AT LEAST 3X/WEEK

9- DRINK 1 LITER OF WATER FOR EVERY FIFTY LBS OF BODY WEIGHT

10-PRACTICE YOGA, TAI CHI, OR DEEP BREATHING FOR STRESS MANAGEMENT AND TO DETOX THROUGH THE BREATH
