Raw Cashew Hummus

Prep time:  5 minutes     Makes about 2 cups

1    cup raw cashews
½   cup pure water
2    cloves garlic
2    tablespoons raw tahini
½   lemon, juiced
½   teaspoon sea salt
2    tablespoons olive oil

Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until creamy. Enjoy with veggies or raw flax crackers.
