In-Home Cooking & Nutrition Class
A Whole Journey in-home cooking class is designed to help you get on your way to stocking a healthier kitchen as well as to teach you how to prepare a week’s worth of healthy, tasty meals (7-8 dishes) in only two and a half hours. Once we decide on a menu specific to your dietary needs and tastes, we will send you a grocery list along with the recipes so you can purchase the groceries before we arrive.
As we go through and prepare the recipes together, we will give you ideas and tips for other dishes you can create using the leftover ingredients from your shopping trip. The idea is to teach you how to shop and cook healthier without having to follow recipes so that it becomes easier and more intuitive. Optional health food store tour included prior to or after the event at no additional charge. Email support included for the two weeks that follow. Perfecting your knife skills can get a whole lot more vegetables in your diet! Learn professional techniques to make yourself more efficient when cooking while also having fun and showing off your fancy new skills. (90 minutes)
