The Breakfast Smoothie Everyone Likes!

"

1 cup frozen organic berries

1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk

1 scoop protein powder (either egg white or whey. MRM, Jay Robb or Fit356 are the best brands because they are sweetened with stevia and are hormone and antibiotic free)

1 T. ground flaxseed

1 t. hempseeds


Blend and enjoy! 

If you don't mind the flavor, you can add 1 t. of powdered greens (vitamineral green is a good one) to enhance the nutritional value.
