Sauteed Greens with Pine Nuts
"Sauteed Greens with Pine Nuts
Prep time: 10min, Cook time: 10 min, Serves 6
½ bunch mustard greens
½ bunch kale
½ bunch dandelion greens
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ c pine nuts
1/3 c raisins
Directions: Toast pine nuts on a cookie sheet at 325 degrees for 5 minutes. Set aside.
Wash and chop greens. Heat olive oil and add greens, sea salt and raisins. Stir and cook 5 minutes. Turn off heat and add pine nuts. Transfer to serving dish and enjoy.
