Hemp and Date Snack Balls

Ingredients:

1 cup powdered raw cashews
20 +/- honey or medjool dates
2-3 tbls vanilla
3 tbls coconut butter (raw, white stuff, not oil or coco butter)
1/2 cup hemp seeds
pinch of celtic sea salt

dates, vanilla, salt in food processor, blend in cashew powder, enough to dry
the mix out, melt coconut butter with warm water, add to mixture. Roll into balls,
then roll the balls in hemp seeds, freeze to harden.
