Alkalizing Collard Green Lunch Wrap
"Collard Greens, 2 leaves washed
Cucumber 1/2 sliced thin
Avocado 1/4-1/2
Jicima 1/2 cup shredded
Carrots 1/2 cup shredded
Optional - sprouts of your choice
Take Collard Greens wash and destem. Cut in half length wise
Slice Cucumbers
Shred Carrots and Jicima
Slice Avocado
Place about 1/4 mashed avocado onto the green, add sea salt. Add sliced cucumber, jicama and carrots. Wrap up and enjoy
